“swords into ploughs” – Zen

Don’t think what your mental disability is doing to you, think what your mental disability can do for you.

*

ZEN STEP ONE

*

You have cured your illness by opening this page, you just haven’t achieved it yet. Believe this.

Opening this page does nothing. That you were open to considering a cure is the first step. You have achieved this.

*

Persevere like you were eating a humpbacked whale, one piece at a time.

Don’t give up, the journey could be long but since you were open to a cure you are a little bit closer.

Be uncompromising with your goal. Nature is uncompromising. People can be uncompromising. You are a person. Know when to compromise.

*

Don’t look for pity from society, ask for mercy but stand for parity.

*

You will know when your journey has ended. Like carving a pink and purple spotted kangaroo, all you need to do is remove the bits that don’t look like a pink and purple spotted kangaroo.
